As a native of the Washington, DC area, Celeste grew up in Chantilly, Virginia. After attending Chantilly High School and George Mason University, she had diverse careers, including information technology, stay-at-home mom, and professional photographer. She maintains her passion for being an entrepreneur to this day. Committed to serving her community, she devoted her time to the local animal shelter, taking photos of the animals to aid in their adoption. She currently volunteers as a therapy dog handler and visits schools, libraries, and hospitals with her golden retriever Eddie, providing affection and comfort to kids and patients. She has also managed a thriving multi-property vacation rental business for the past ten years.

 

After over twenty years in Centreville, Celeste and her husband, Dave, moved to Leesburg in 2014. Their daughter, Amanda, is a graduate of George Mason University and purchased her first home in Leesburg, and lives nearby. Celeste works to better her community and is a frequent volunteer for local philanthropic organizations. She spends her free time playing tennis, riding her motorcycle, gardening, riding in charity bike ride events and has even broken a couple of women’s powerlifting records.
